Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods, without providing any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date on which you or a third party (other than the delivery carrier) takes physical possession of the Goods.

Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned Goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original Order.

No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days

The Goods are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

The product is in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Goods
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized

Perishable or consumable goods (including tea products) once opened

Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have exceeded their expiry date

Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for Goods lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds will not be issued without actual receipt of the returned Goods or valid proof of delivery.
